I have a 2007 Piaggio Zip 100 which is a 4 stroke. I'm having problems with the idle on it. My knowledge with 4 stroke scooters isn't too great, but I know for 2 Stroke 50cc Piaggios (ET2, ZIP, NRG etc) that the usual setting is about 2 turns out. Does anyone know what the setting should be for a 4 Stroke Zip 100 please as I'm struggling to find the details on-line anywhere. Also, does it sound like I'm on the right line with my thinking on this that it could be the air/fuel screw setting that is causing the problems?

Polini and Malossi have a variator, and Polini also has a clutch and belt, and most of the 50cc 2V performance stuff fits. If so, then you could safely order one of the performance pipes for the 50cc 2V and make it fit.
