Both the Super and the Veloce are pretty slow, but the Super seems quicker around town due to the 8" wheels. An optional change to 10" wheels would give you a useful upgear for the extra power of a 177/190 kit. The saving in purchase price would need to be worth it, because the Veloce is a little more desirable.
