Everything works including the running lights, front and rear brake lights and the horn. From what I've read, 1971 was the first year for auto lube and the design changed a lot beginning one year later in 1972. From what I've read you may have issues finding a metallic colour from these codes but the plain colours shold be easy enough from a PPG dealer... was it a particular colour you were looking for?

The Vespa VBC model was made from 1965 – 1979 and has a rounded front headlight with larger flat edges. Vespa 150 VBC Super scooters have newer lines and older wheels - VBC Super is almost identical to VLB Sprints except with a rounded headlight and smaller 8-inch wheels. Vespa Super 150 is a successor to the Vespa 125 and 150 VNA/VBB models. The Vespa 'Super' continued to be built with the same engine as it was already known from the VBB2, but with a new external ignition coil. Vespa Super body is basically a shrunken version of Vespa Sprint.
