If the timing is correct and carb is clean it should go after getting everything else right. What does your spark plug look like? While the fuel tap is on, loosen the screw on the carb where the gas line goes in. If you don't have the tools for a pressure/leak test you can make a homemade smoke machine to find leaks. Once you've made a smoke machine plug the tube from the jar that smokes exit into the carb inlet with some type of seal/plate. Smoke with go inside motor and you can see if the seals or cylinder is leaking if smoke exists from that area.
The fact that both licensees and Piaggio themselves produced different versions of models for different markets doesn't make those versions 'wrong', merely not consistent with Italian market bikes. DescriptionTrapezoid handle bars for SS180-GL150-Sprint and more. These are from Bajaj, but cast off the original Vespa ones. You will have to fill 4 holes in the front used for turn signals on the Bajaj, but other than that these work great and look identical to the original Vespa ones.
I'm a happy owner of a Buddy 125 that I purchased new in 2009. Last year I found myself looking at a Vespa Sprint 150, but I never made the decision to buy it. If they were priced the same, I'd probably get the Sprint, but the Buddy is considerably less expensive. So I'm looking for opinions on whether the additional cost for the Sprint is worth it, and if there's anything I might not be thinking of that I should be. Do 12-inch wheels vs 10-inch wheels really make that much of a difference?
