The Vespa Primavera got a facelift in 2015 and debuted as Vespa's hot ticket for the 150 cc U.S. market and a modern yet retro entry in the 50 cc market. The three-valve 150 cc engine gets a lot better gas mileage than the previous incarnations, so using this snazzy-looking scooter as a commuter is even better now.
