While some parts are considered wear-parts that need to be replaced due to use, others tend to just rot or get too stiff or otherwise potentially problematic if they aren't used. So any potential buyer is likely going to have to spend a few extra dollars or some maintenance time immediately after getting it. If I was seriously considering buying it, the first thing I would do is get a new battery. Whether or not you have the master brown key is also a huge deal when selling any modern Vespa over 50cc.

Used to have an LX 150 and found 2 used LXV's, a 2009 and a 2012. Initially didn't like the styling but after missing out on a portofino green LX150 I've found 2 portofino green LXV's. I wasn't impressed with low throttle fueling on the carbed LX 150, even after going up one size on the pilot jet. I work a lot of evenings and I was fairly happy with the light on the LX but maybe only because the headlight on my et2 was so poor!

My wife and I bought a left over 2013 Vespa LXV 150 in July 2014. We have over 1,500 miles on it so far (May 2015) and it is a great scooter. We also like the classic looks of the LXV. First service I changed the engine oil, filter and gear oil with recommended AGIP products along with all the other schedule items. You may pay more for a Vespa, but you are getting the best brand made.
