Nothing is professional except a good product in monkeys' hands. Porur center is closed in Chennai.Jmb motors service center at asho pillar is taking 6 days to do a normal service. The servicing personnel is seen wandering and sitting mostly, not keen on doing work this shows management is in bad hands. The mechanic's eyes were staring at me when I took the vehicle indicating many things.. Bad experience with a good scooter. My advice is to do not buy Vespa scooters.
