Just passed the 750 mark and took it in for its first service. Handles the highway with no problem and keeps up with city traffic NO PROBLEM. handles great, ABS can get me from 60mph to a dead stop with no problem. ... great on gas and plenty of ways to haul groceries and other cargo. As far as the hefty price tag, I knew I was paying extra for the chrome and vintage look and I am okay with that.

At $6,899, the GTV 250 is by far the most expensive scooter sold by Vespa in the United States. At a claimed 322 pounds, the GTV 250 is no lightweight. Nevertheless, the disc brakes on the GTV 250 proved adequate, if not confidence inspiring. If you are looking for something somewhat out of the ordinary here in the US, and enjoy genuine Italian styling, the Vespa GTV 250 might be your scooter.
