I don't think the GS 150 is as fetching, and a Rally 200 is just a P200 motor in a Sprint frame in comparison. steelcap wrote: Maybe not the best, but this one gets over one of the inherent flaws in the vespa design. No more lopsided-ness If I was going to build up a mid-engine bike with chain drive (even w/10in wheels and hand gearchange) there are a ton of powerplants I'd go with before a Vespa motor. I assume that bike was made to accomodate wording loopholes in a "Stock" track scooter racing league.Best Vespa?
The Rally 200 made between 1972 and 1979 is much sought after by collectors due to its excellent and powerful performance coupled with attractive lines. There was also a new FEMSA electronic unit and the Rally 200 was produced in a range of vibrant colours in tune with the fashions of the 1970’s. On the various insurance documents in the information file Mr Brooks declared a limited mileage policy per year including only 200 miles in 2002. All over the scooter we can see that it is in completely original condition with no replacement parts ever necessary except the horn. There is also an original Rally 200 operation and maintenance manual in English.

I want to paint it Rosso but without a paint sample, I'm having a hard time getting the local paint suppliers to deal with the Max Myer or PPG paint codes. Any tips dealing with paint suppliers here in Vic ? Ginch, I've been reading this thread with great interest. From what I've read you may have issues finding a metallic colour from these codes but the plain colours shold be easy enough from a PPG dealer... was it a particular colour you were looking for?
