For Tom, it’s apparently riding his Vespa, towing the specially-built teardrop trailer that he and some friends constructed behind it, and camping in various places around Arizona. This absolutely genius little trailer includes a kitchenette that’s well up to his needs, whether he’s cooking for himself or to share with people he meets along the way. Art can bring people together—whether it’s illustrations, or something like the Vespa teardrop trailer. Inspired by a 1947 Cabin Car trailer, this extremely lightweight design (I mean, it has to be, right?) No matter how you do it, we sincerely hope that you’re out somewhere, living your best life on your bike.
I realize that I’ve never ridden with anyone but Paul save for a few hours one afternoon with a scooter rally. An unexpected work of art in the Penn Wells Hotel in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. I’m thinking of the camera and not wanting to post a picture of the scooter and I lying in a puddle. The Vespa is quick for a small scooter but its passing power at these speeds reminds me of my 1970 VW Beetle. Last legs of trips bother me whether on the scooter, in the car, or on a plane.
