Ordinarily I'd advise you can use either resistor or non-resistor spark plugs however there is a thread on this forum where some guy insists that late model PX (CDI) ignition systems should only use resistor plugs and damage will ensue if you don't. whodatschrome parallelogramerist Joined:Posts: 5403quote Come to think of it, I think I just disassembled the headlight relay, cleaned up the contacts inside of the relay box with a tiny file and sandpaper, smeared a tiny bit of dielectric great on the contacts, then snapped the cover back on. I'll have to go over to the shop and look at the bike again to double check though. Cleaning up the contacts on the turn signal flasher relay definitely did not work for me (I tried about 6 times), but I never had to buy a new relay for my turn signal either...I just took the existing relay off of my T5 (PK turn signal flasher is the same) and put it on my PX.

If not, you can download it from here:https://manuals.wotmeworry.org.uk/Vespa/PX150/It doesn't match exactly but most of it has been the same for years. I bought my 1st 2005 brand new and the owners manual looked like it was printed in the 60's or 70's. The workshop manual is there too, but I would recommend also having the Haynes manual if you are going do any repairs.
First, however, I measured the oil level with the wooden dowel when the oil bubble was seen in the sight glass (red mark). First blue mark to second blue mark (500 ml) 16 mm. Second blue mark to third blue mark (750 ml) 16 mm. My new 2005 Vespa PX150 is my first Vespa with autolube. There is a built-in reserve when the bubble is seen in the sight glass, so immediate action is not necessary.
