Trying to get it back up and running and am having an annoying problem with the tail/ brake light. Lights/ power only kick in when the scooter is actually started up, is this normal with vespas? Replaced 12 volt battery as old one was dead, replaced tail light bulb. So when the lights are turned on rear light works but tail light doesn't, when lights turned on tail light will activate when foot brake pressed.
