Abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dari transaksi jual beli vespa klasik dengan tanpa adanya bukti kepemilikan kendaraan yang sah yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bukti kepemilikan suatu kendaraan adalah suatu dokumen yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap pemiliknya. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan yang masih melakukan transaksi jual beli vespa klasik tanpa bukti kepemilikan, selain dari harganya yang murah masyarakat juga menggunakan vespa tersebut guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam mencari nafkah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa terdapat sedikitnya kesadaran hukum yang terjadi pada masyarakat Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli suatu barang menurut hukum Undang-Undang yang berlaku di Indonesia.

FPGA based Soft Vector Processors

Current soft processors have simple architectures that provide performance adequate for only the least-critical computations. Our goal is to improve soft processors by scaling their performance and expanding their suitability to more critical computation. To this end we focus on the data parallelism found in many embedded applications and propose that soft processors be augmented with vector extensions to exploit this parallelism. We support this proposal through experimentation with a parameterized soft vector processor called VESPA (Vector Extended Soft Processor Architecture) which is designed, implemented, and evaluated on real FPGA hardware. Such customization is a key advantage for soft processors since their architectures can be easily reconfigured by the end-user.

Résumé enThe Europlanet2020 program, started Sept 1st, 2015 for 4 years, includes an activity adapting Virtual Observatory (VO) techniques to handle Planetary Science data. This system makes intensive use of studies and developments led in Astronomy (IVOA), solar Physics (HELIO), and space archive services (IPDA). Besides, existing data services have been updated, and new services have been designed and installed. Common projects with ESA and NASA's PDS have been started, with the goal to connect PDS4 and EPN-TAP. In parallel, a Solar System Interest Group has been started at the IVOA, where several VESPA partners contribute; the goal here is to adapt existing astronomy standards to Planetary Science.
